I have come to realize that Luceti has many strong fighters. My question is: where did you get your fighting experience from? Have you all trained by your own choice, or is it a part of your background?

So, you're something of a trendsetter then, aren't you? That's quite interesting. I haven't met someone who started a fighting style.

From the moment I was born I was evaluated for my fighting power, and from everyday on when I was able I trained endlessly, going out on combat assignments to other planets even at a young age.

Ah... so you were raised with a fighting lifestyle. Do you regret having spent your life in such a fashion?

Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. It is what it is.

Well, I guess it could be blamed on the war. But being able to call myself the greatest ninja in the world is also a good incentive.

It was necessary. I was expected to take charge of the military.

Still, I cannot remember ever being opposed to it.

No. Everything was necessary, given the situation I found myself in. If I hadn't, I would have been killed. You see, we didn't have much of a choice back then.

My home is called Wutai, and we were against a company called ShinRa. When I was around eight ShinRa wanted to put something in Wutai that was very bad, so that's when it started. Eventually the war went on long enough that too many people were getting killed, so for a truce ShinRa wouldn't put anything there, but they were to make it into a vacation spot...which meant we lost anyway.
